HERE’S HOW THE TRANSFORMATION WORKS.

  1. Baseline fitness assessment:
    Our professional fitness team will assess your baseline fitness levels and together we will come up with an 8-week fitness goal.
  2. Customized workout plan:
    Based on your 8-week goal, we will develop a detailed workout plan to hit that target.
  3. Customized meal plan:
    You will be given a personalized meal plan to help accelerate your progress.
  4. Supplement recommendations:
    Supplements can help to amplify your results. A recommended regiment is provided as an optional compliment to your fitness plan.
  5. 16 or 24 personal training sessions:
    You have the option of enlisting for 16 or 24 personal training sessions, depending on your time availability. The greater the number of sessions, the greater the results.
  6. Weekly progress assessment:
    Each week, we measure your progress so you know exactly how you are progressing towards your goals.
  7. Private Facebook support group:
    Each client is given access to a private, moderated Facebook group where questions can be asked and are answered, and where bragging is sure to ensue.
